First Draft to Final

Turn “well told” into “undeniable”

What sets us apart from standard coverage services is our personalized and collaborative approach. Instead of simply providing a list of opinions, we offer an in-depth feedback session designed to dive deep into your project. Together, we’ll explore your draft's strengths and opportunities for growth, tailoring our guidance to align with your creative vision.

We’ve worked with some of Hollywood’s best writers & showrunners.

Here’s what they have to say about us:

There are a lot of ways to get notes on a script.

  • Getting notes from your friends is a good way to get personal feedback, just on the things you’re open to changing.

  • Submitting to contests and hosting sites will give you a clean, opinion, but you can’t interact with the reader.

  • Hiring a script doctor can give you a solid second draft, but you’ll be ceding control and ownership of your work.

But working with Script Consultants allows you to get feedback from professionals in an interactive, fun, and collaborative way that makes you a better writer.

Let’s talk through ideas. Together. So you can tell us what is important to you.

(It’s also the closest way to experience what it’s like to be in a writer’s room!)

FAQs

  • We’ll get in touch within 48 hours to discuss a timeline and make sure it works for you. How long it will take to get your feedback ready depends on how long your material is, but generally, we try to schedule your Zoom within a week.

If you need to put a rush on your feedback, let us know that when you contact us, and we will give you details on rush pricing before we pin down a schedule.

  • Nope! It’s all yours. We won’t ask for any credit on your piece, even if it turns into the next big blockbuster. We’ll just be super proud from the audience.

  • To protect all of us—including you. The release verifies that you have the rights to the material you are submitting. It also explains that we are writers ourselves, and you hiring us to help with a project means you understand that it won’t have any impact on any of our future projects. Just like we don’t want to impact your future projects!

  • Hiring us doesn’t include introduction to any agents, managers, or producers. But having a great script is certainly a big help if that’s what you’re looking for!
