Our Services
Many script coverage services in Hollywood are closing or replacing humans with AI.
But at Plot & Page, we know that the best feedback is not only from real experts, it comes in the form of a conversation. That’s why we include a Zoom session with all notes.
Breaking Down Beats
Get your outline or pitch ready to roll
Whether you're starting with a fresh idea or refining a work in progress, we specialize in helping you craft a compelling story for a pitch or industry standard outline for your screenplay, television pilot, stage play, or novel. We’ll collaborate with you to shape your story into its most engaging and impactful form with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
First Draft to Final
Turn “well told” into “undeniable”
What sets us apart from standard coverage services is our personalized and collaborative approach. Instead of simply providing a list of opinions, we offer an in-depth feedback session designed to dive deep into your project. Together, we’ll explore your draft's strengths and opportunities for growth, tailoring our guidance to align with your creative vision.
Production Ready
Proofreading, polishing, and formatting
Plot & Page Consultants have extensive experience as Hollywood Script Coordinators. This background has honed our exceptional eye for detail and deep understanding of industry standards. We bring an insider’s perspective on the style, formatting, and storytelling techniques that resonate with professional readers, executives, and production teams.

-
We’ll send you a release to sign so you can have full confidence that your authorship is protected, and then you can send us your script and schedule your feedback session.
We will quote you a fee based on the length and type of script, but you should also take a look at our price sheet.
-
In our Zoom feedback session, we’ll share our notes, but it’s okay to interrupt us and ask questions or make clarifications. It’s a conversation, and we want it to be whatever’s most useful for you!

Here’s what some of Hollywood’s best writers & showrunners have to say about us:
FAQs
-
Script Consultants are expert writers who can help you improve your screenplay, tv script, or play.
We take your early draft, outline, or pitch to the next level by giving you feedback on your structure, tone, characters, and more.
We polish and proofread your script to get it ready to submit to agents, contests, fellowships, or producers.
We can’t promise you your script will sell, but we can give you the advice to put its best foot forward.
-
We’ll get in touch within 48 hours to discuss a timeline and make sure it works for you. How long it will take to get your feedback ready depends on how long your material is, but generally, we try to schedule your Zoom within a week.
If you need to put a rush on your feedback, let us know that when you contact us, and we will give you details on rush pricing before we pin down a schedule.
-
Nope! It’s all yours. We won’t ask for any credit on your piece, even if it turns into the next big blockbuster. We’ll just be super proud from the audience.
-
To protect all of us—including you. The release verifies that you have the rights to the material you are submitting. It also explains that we are writers ourselves, and you hiring us to help with a project means you understand that it won’t have any impact on any of our future projects.
-
Hiring us doesn’t include introduction to any agents, managers, or producers. But the first step to pursuing those things is having a polished script ready to read, and that we know how to do.
-
There are a lot of ways to get notes on a script.
Getting notes from your friends is a good way to get personal feedback, just on the things you’re open to changing.
Submitting to contests and hosting sites will give you a clean, opinion, but you can’t interact with the reader.
Hiring a script doctor can give you a solid second draft, but you’ll be ceding control and ownership of your work.
But working with Script Consultants allows you to get feedback from professionals in an interactive, fun, and collaborative way that makes you a better writer.
Let’s talk through ideas. Together. So you can tell us what is important to you.
(It’s also the closest way to experience what it’s like to be in a writer’s room!)
